1. Booking Policy: Bookings can be made online, via phone, or at the clinic. Full payment is required to secure your booking. Voucher holders must call or email to book, as vouchers cannot be redeemed online.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel outside this period, your deposit will be refunded. In case of unexpected circumstances, you may send someone else in your place.

Gift Vouchers:

1. Validity: Gift vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase. Expired vouchers cannot be extended.
2. Refunds: Refunds for unused gift vouchers are available within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
3. Non-Transferable: Vouchers are not transferable and must be used by the individual who purchased them or the designated recipient at the time of purchase.
