Booking Terms and Conditions

Arrival -To fully enjoy your spa experience, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows time to check in, enjoy a refreshment and be settled for your treatment time. Late arrival may impact your treatment time.

Consultation – All of our treatments start with a consultation so that we can discuss how to tailor the treatment for you.   We pride ourselves on having very experienced therapists with strong technical and spa skills that are experienced in tailoring treatments for you.  We have remedial massage therapists, skin therapists and spa therapists.  Consultation time is regarded as part of the appointment time.  Remedial treatments may require longer consultation.

Booking Policy  – All treatments are 100% prepaid.  This is refundable if cancelled outside of 24 hours.

Health Funds – Remedial massage and pregnancy remedial massage may be claimed through your private heath fund.  We are covered by most funds except NIB.  Claims can be processed either by invoice for online claims or through HICAPS. No spa packages are covered by Private Health Funds

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy – We understand that life is full of unexpected events, and there are many valid reasons why you may need to reschedule your appointment at the last minute.  We can accomodate changes up until 24 hours before, however any change within the 24 hours will be charged for.  You are always welcome to send a friend in for an equivalent treatment at your appointment time.

Appointment Booking Time –  As with the ease of booking online, there are some reasons where we may need to alter your time slightly.  We will notify if this is required soon after you have made your booking.

Parking – There are 2 hour parking on Napier St or 1 hour parking on Clarendon St.  There are no time restrictions for parking on weekends.  For packages longer than 2 hours please let us know if you require onsite parking.  this must be booked in advance.
