Cancellations and Rescheduling Policy
Please read our policy carefully prior to booking. If you have any questions regarding cancellations or rescheduling please get in touch with us.
To avoid losing your booking, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or requests for rescheduling a booking. If something unexpected happens, please send someone else on your behalf for the treatment should you be unable to attend the appointment.
You will be refunded your deposit should you cancel outside the 24-hour minimum notice period.
We have recently introduced new software (effective 17th September 2017) that will provide online bookings directly and an app for your phone that enables you to book or reschedule at any time. A restriction of the software at present is the ability to refund the same transaction. Refunds will be made to the same credit card but will require paperwork completed with signature and identification. Unfortunately, there have been some cases of fraud. Bookings made inshore or over the phone can be refunded to the same credit card without the paperwork. We still require the credit card number to check as we only store part of the numbers for security purposes. A processing fee of the merchant fees will need to be paid for the refund.
Confirmation of Booking
Body Freedom will send you an SMS message to your mobile and email as confirmation of your appointment. This will automatically confirm your appointment.
