Gift Voucher Bookings
If you have a voucher, please set up an online account and email us your voucher to allocate so you can book at your convenience. Only vouchers purchased through MINDBODY (12 DIGIT NUMBER) can be booked online. Any vouchers which are physical cards or starting with B### need to be allocated to your account for security reasons.
Using a Computer
Click the BOOK NOW button below to be directed to our online booking facility.
- If you have been a client at the Retreat before, enter your email address and select Need Password to generate a password for your account.
- If you have not been a client at the Retreat select Create Account
- If you have a gift voucher that you would like to book, we will need to allocate it to your account so that you can book. Set up your account first and email us your voucher details and we will purchase the treatment or allocate the funds to your account to be able to book online.
- Browse the appointments and select a date and time that suits. The site will then lead you through the process to make a confirmed booking.
Using a Phone or Tablet
We recommend downloading our APP (Body Freedom Urban Spa & Clinic (word for word)) from either APPLE APP STORE or GOOGLE PLAY.
If you are using the MINDBODY APP, this will not display any funds that are on your account from a gift voucher allocation or previous appointment.

To schedule a booking online or via the phone requires payment upfront. The booking can be changed, cancelled or rescheduled up until 24 hours prior to the appointment time. This can be done anytime of the day via the Body Freedom Urban Spa & Clinic App or the website, email or call us.
Any changes to your booking within the 24 hours will be a full charge. We do know that sometimes unexpected events happen, so we offer that you can always send a friend in your place for an appropriate treatment versus the appointment going to waste.
Our wonderful new online booking facility is great for being able to book anytime of the day and even last minute. This is better than our previous system where we were difficult to book because of lengthy delays on the phone and emails. There is a downside, which we hope will be short lived. Refunds can be done…however the merchant facility does not cater for this yet. So to refund we require a copy of your drivers licence and bank details and we will deposit into your bank account. A bit cumbersome, we know.
