Booking & Rescheduling Policy

Making A Booking

In order to secure your booking, we require a valid gift voucher number or credit card. If you are using a gift card as a deposit and it does not cover the full amount of your treatment, we will also require payment for the remaining amount.

Cancellations and Rescheduling Policy

Please read our policy carefully prior to booking. If you have any questions regarding cancellations or rescheduling please get in touch with us.

To avoid losing your booking, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or requests for rescheduling a booking.    If something unexpected happens, please send someone else on your behalf for the treatment should you be unable to attend the appointment.

You will be refunded your deposit should you cancel outside the 24 hour minimum notice period.

Refunds

We have recently introduced new software (effective 17th September 2017) that will provide online bookings directly and an app for your phone that enables you to book or reschedule at anytime.  A restriction of the software at present is the ability to refund to a credit card.  Refunds are available to bank accounts, but will require identification and a bank account in the same name as the credit card.

Confirmation of Booking

Body Freedom will send you an sms message to your mobile and email  as confirmation of your appointment.  This will automatically confirms your appointment.
