Booking & Rescheduling Policy

Making A Booking

In order to secure your booking, we require a valid gift voucher number or credit card. We  require a 50% deposit for all treatments.   If you do not have a credit card, we provide  direct deposit. If you are using a gift card as a deposit and it does not cover the full amount of your treatment, we will also require your credit card details to secure the remaining amount.

Cancellations and Rescheduling Policy

Please read our policy carefully prior to booking. If you have any questions regarding cancellations or rescheduling please get in touch with us.

To avoid losing your deposit, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or requests for rescheduling a booking. For cancellations or rescheduling of less than 2 hours of the original appointment or failure to arrive for your appointment, 100% of the treatment cost will be charged.   If something unexpected happens, please send someone else on your behalf for the treatment should you be unable to attend the appointment.

You will be refunded your deposit should you cancel outside the 24 hour minimum notice period.

For pregnant guests who go into labor,  we ask that you leave a message on our voicemail at 9696 4584.  Failure to show up  will be a 100% charge.  Late cancellation for other reasons will abide by policy.

Confirmation of Booking

Body Freedom will send you an sms message to your mobile as confirmation of your appointment. Please notify us of intent to cancel or reschedule the booking.
